Karen E. Michaels

She was born in Bennington, VT April 16, 1964. She was the daughter of the late Paul J. Michaels and Mary (Wolfe) Michaels. She received her early education in Bennington and was a graduate of Hoosick Falls Central School. She received an associates degree from Herkimer County Community College, Schenectady Community College and a Pre-Law Degree from Sage College in Albany where she graduated cum-laude.
Karen worked primarily as a paralegal.
Her family and friends were her main interest. She especially loved her daughter Athena.
Survivors include her daughter, Athena Michaels of Bennington, VT. A brother Kevin Michaels of Bennington and a sister, Kelly Michaels of Granville, NY., along with a nephew, Zachary Paul Michaels.
Friends may call at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home on Wednesday July 13, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
A graveside service will be held at the family lot at the Hoosick Rural Cemetery in Hoosick, New York on Thursday July 14, at 11:00 a.m.
