WILLIAM THOMAS OBITUARY
NORTH POWNAL, VERMONT

William Edward Thomas, age 83, of North Pownal, VT, son of the late Idris and Elsie (Birchall) Thomas, died at Albany (NY) VA Hospital on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 after a long illness. He was born June 14, 1933. William served in the Navy from 1953-1957.

He leaves behind his wife Shirley A. (Dickinson) Thomas, and leaves two daughters: Marlene Bouplon and her husband Perry of Shaftsbury, VT and Kimberly Loomis and her husband Bernie of Bennington, as well as 4 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private by his family.
