Vicki Lee Sprague

June 6, 1958 — May 23, 2021

Vicki Lee Sprague, 62, a resident of Jefferson Ave. in Bennington, VT died Sunday May 23, 2021 at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY following a long illness.

She was born in Delhi, NY June 6, 1958. She was the daughter of the late Arthur I. Sprague and Pearl E. (Fuller) Sprague.

Vicki received her early education in New York and after moving to Bennington she graduated from Mount Anthony Union High School in 1976. She later graduated from cosmetology school.

For 17 years Vicki was the manager at the JC Penny Salon in Bennington. For over 15 years Vicki managed Cumberland Farms in Bennington, Brattleboro, North Adams and Williamstown, MA.

Vicki enjoyed traveling and going to the beach. She loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her two grandsons.

Survivors include her fiancé, Dave Brady of Bennington. Her sons, Herbert O. Sprague, Michael P. Sprague and Zachary R. Hoag all of Bennington. Two grandchildren, Dakota O. Sprague of Bennington and Blake S. Hoag of Swanton, VT. Her sisters and brothers, Mary Sprague, Luci Parizo and Mark, Sally Sprague-Oumette and Alan, Kimberly Peterson and Orville Peterson and Naomi. A daughter in law, Natasha Paquin and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased two sisters, Dawn Jones, Patti Sprague and a brother Arthur Sprague.

Friends may call at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home on Thursday May 27, from 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
