Vicki C. Hurley

Vicki C. Hurley, 50, passed away at the Albany Medical Center on September 1, 2023, following a brief illness. She was born in Bennington, VT on December 2, 1972, the daughter of Edward and Janice Hurley. Vicki was a kind and loving person with a huge heart who would open her arms to any child who needed help. She was always going out of her way to help someone in need. When she wasn’t helping someone else, she was probably scoping out tag sales, one of her favorite things to do. She also loved spending time at the ocean and the beach. Above all else she adored her family. Vicki is survived by her children; Bud Hurley of Pownal, VT, Jeremiah Hurley of Pownal, VT, Donnie Montaine-Hurley of Bennington, VT, Courtney Hurley of Hoosick falls, NY, Clarissa Hurley of Eagle Bridge, NY, David Hurley of Pownal, VT and Kelsey Hurley of Hoosick Falls, NY, her fiancé and partner for 30 years, David Martin, Jr., step-sons, Cody and Nikki Martin, her siblings; Edward Hurley, Jr., of Bennington, VT, Barbara Holland of Virginia, Norma Russell of Pownal, VT, Annette Mayer of North Bennington, VT and Robin Hurley and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 12-5 PM at the Arlington American Legion 54 Legion Road Arlington, VT.
