Tyler Adam Rose, 29, a resident of Furlong Road, North Pownal, died unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on Saturday, November 25, 2017.
Born in North Adams, MA on September 6, 1988 he was the son of John H. Rose and Jane F. (Bisson) Borden. Tyler received his early education in the Pownal schools and was a 2007 graduate of Mt. Anthony Union High School. He later attended Paul Smith College.
At the time of his death Tyler owned Rose's Lawn Care and Landscaping company. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and raising his tomato plants. He enjoyed spending time with young children and participating in the Youth Hunting program.
Survivors include his fiancé, Megan Belanger and their daughter, Adalynn Rose who will be making her appearance in March, 2018; his mother, Jane (Michael) Borden of North Pownal; his father, John H. Rose (Laurie Brownell) of Pownal; three brothers, Dustin Rose of Concord, NH, Zachary (Olga) Rose and their daughter Ava of Pownal and Brady (Keri Noel) Rose of Pownal; a sister, Elizabeth (Robert) Bender of Bowie, MD; his maternal grandmother, Sandra Bisson (Gerald) Krawczyk of Pownal; two special uncles, Dickie Bisson and Michael Darling and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Tyler was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Richard Bisson and by his paternal grandparents, Irving D. and Mary Rose.
Memorial services celebrating the life of Tyler Rose will be held from the Mahar & Son Funeral Home, 628 Main Street, Bennington, on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor David Stall officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
