Tracey Jo Gardner (Gardner)
October 14, 1966 — August 15, 2017
Tracy was a caregiver to the elderly, children, and animals her entire life. She loved gardening, and was an incredible cook and baker and hosted may get-togethers for family and friends.
In addition to her mother of Pownal, she is survived by her daughter, Laetitia Maynard of Bennington, VT and her son, Taylor Maynard of Williamstown, MA. and her brother, Joey Gardner of Pownal. "Nonnie" to her grandchildren, Braden and Brielle and "Auntie" to Keegan, Jacob and Jaelynn Gardner. Tracy is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends that she regarded as family.
Memorial services celebrating Tracey's life will be held from the Mahar & Son Funeral Home, 628 Main Street, Bennington, on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Bob Wiegers, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Bennington officiating.
Following the service a gathering for family and friends will take place at 348 Center Street, Pownal, VT.
The family would like to thank the Nursing Staff on Rockwell Unit, CLR, along with the Housekeeping and Dietary staffs for the care and support given to Tracey.
