Tonia Jean Brooks, 42, a resident of Bennington, VT passed away October 10, 2018 at the Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington following a short illness.

She was born to Anthony and Verna Brooks July 22, 1976 at Putnam Memorial Hospital in Bennington.

Tonia enjoyed movies and games of all kinds. She loved people and people loved her. Tonia was happiest when she was holding a kitten or a puppy.

She is survived by a sister, Jackie Donnelly and a
brother Vernon O'Dell. An uncle Seymour Brooks; a niece Sheena and a nephew Eric along with her cousins and friends.

A combined service and burial for Tonia and her mother and father is pending at a later date depending upon the availability of funds.
