Toni Marie Childress (Cross)

Toni Marie Childress, 43, a resident of School St. in Bennington, VT died Tuesday January 18, 2022 at her residence following a long illness.

She was born in New Bern, North Carolina March 8, 1978. She was the daughter of the late Patrick Cross and Shirley King who survives. She received her education in Bennington and attended Mount Anthony Union High School.

Toni's family and her cats were her main interests.

Survivors include two sons, Brandon Lester of Bennington and Jacob Cross of Hoosick Falls, NY. A daughter, Nikki Cross of Cambridge, NY. Her mother Shirley King of Arlington, VT. A sister, Elizabeth King of Bennington and a brother Joseph King of Colchester, VT., along with several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no calling hours or funeral services.

Toni's wishes are to be cremated and her cremains spread at a favorite spot in Woodford.
