NORTH BENNINGTON, VERMONT
Timothy Allen McFadden, of North Bennington, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 6th following a long illness. Tim is survived by his wife Lesley McFadden, and family Kelsey, Graham (Rachel), John(Guénolée), his mother Sylvia, and brothers Jack and Danny. Tim was born in New York in 1948, one of five sons of John and Sylvia McFadden.
Tim was a beloved teacher at Molly Stark School where his classroom was always filled with unusual collections of rocks, fish, artifacts, and archeological finds. He had a vast range of interests in nature and science, loved watching his kids' sports and activities, black and white photography, was an avid gardener, and coached and counseled local kids during the summers.
A service remembering Tim will be held on Thursday December 13, at 4pm at Mahar and Son Funeral Home, 628 Main Street in Bennington.
