Theresa Eastman (Whitman)

July 27, 1938 — February 14, 2021

Theresa Eastman, 82, formerly of Pownal, VT passed away at Bennington Health and Rehabilitation on Sunday, February 14, 2021, where she had been a resident for many years. Born in Bennington, she was the daughter of the late George and Clarissa Whitman.

Theresa was a warm, generous, caring woman who always looked for the good in everyone. She was an extraordinary friend, mother, and grandmother. Theresa cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be missed more than words can say.

Theresa is survived by her children: Elaine (Joe) in VT, William (Laura) in VT, Kathy (Rick) in VA, Tammy in VA, and Jennifer in VT and many grandchildren and great children she spoke of fondly and frequently. She also leaves her sister Vivian, and brothers Albert, David, and Douglas and many nieces and nephews. Theresa was predeceased by her brother George.

Her family would like to express their gratitude to all the staff at Bennington Health and Rehabilitation for their wonderful care and compassion to Theresa.

There will be no services per Theresa's request.
