Sabra Massey passed away peacefully on May 10th, 2021 from a complicated set of chronic and acute illnesses. She always loved being complicated. She now joins her husband Andrew Massey who preceded her by 3 years.

Her boisterous laughter and warmth will be forever remembered by those who knew her. Always one to help those in need, she also spread warmth through her work at the Vermont Community Action's Crisis Fuel department and through her many knitted goods with the Mountain Fiber Folk of Montgomery Center.

Despite all her travels and fascinating locales of residence ranging from starting a family in New Orleans, to visiting her son in West Africa, the place she always seemed to miss most was her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. She had hoped to move back before she passed.

She is survived by her daughter Robin (Jose) and son Sebastian (Jessica) and their daughter Isla. She will also be missed by her beloved VBD (Vermont Black Dog) Arnold and cat Brian who have found loving homes through friends and family.
