Rory Catherine Lapointe

Rory Catherine Lapointe, a resident of Bennington, Vermont. Passed away peacefully on November 8th, 2023 surrounded by her family at Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Born on November 4th, 2023, in Bennington, Vermont. She was the daughter of Chloe Higgins and Brett Lapointe. She was the perfect baby girl. Rory’s life was short, but in her time on Earth, she made an impact on all who met her. Even the doctors and nurses caring for Rory were amazed by her strong heart and fighting spirit. Her first name, Rory, came from the main character from one of Chloe’s favorite TV shows. Her middle name, Catherine, was Brett’s grandmother’s name. Besides, the meanings of her name, Rory Catherine meant the world to her family and she will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her parents; Chloe Higgins and Brett Lapointe. Her grandparents; Annie Baker, Henry Higgins, and Holly Morris. Her uncle; Aiden Higgins. As well as, her Aunt; Hannah Sorel. Rory was predeceased by her Great grandparents; Tammy Baker and Bobby Higgins. She was also predeceased by her paternal grandfather; Jamie Sorel, who we all know is taking great care of Rory up in heaven. Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours from 2pm till 4pm on Friday December 1st, 2023 at the Mahar Funeral Home in Bennington, Vermont.
