RONALD DUGUAY OBITUARY
Williamstown, MASSACHUSETTS
Ronald O. Duguay, age 73 , a resident of Simonds Road in Williamstown, died on Friday, August 12, at his home surrounded by his living family.
Ronald was born in Adams, MA on October 8, 1942, and was the son of the late Joseph and Angelina (Patenaude) Duguay. He received his education in Adams schools. Ronald had served in the National Guard. He married the former Jacqueline Lauzon, she survives.
For many years he had driven truck for The Holland Company of Adams, and has traveled the country extensively. He had a photographic memory and was great at remembering driving directions around the nation.
He was a member of the NRA, and the American Legion Post in Bennington. Ronald enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and spending time with the family at camp in Glastenbury.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Sarah (Jamie) Barton of Cambridge, NY, four grandchildren: Arielle Duguay, Addison Barton, Audra Barton and Jase Barton all oc Cambridge.
He leaves several nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents, and his sister Beverly Duguay.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Harvest Christian Ministries. 945 E. Main St in Bennington. Interment will take place later in the year in Adams, MA. There are no calling hours scheduled.
