Robert L Langevin

March 20, 1943 — November 27, 2018

Robert L. Langevin, 75, a resident of Royal Pine Villa in Pownal, VT died Tuesday November 27, 2018 at the Southwestern VT Medical Center in Bennington following a long illness.

He was born in Burlington, VT March 20, 1943. He was the son of the late LeRoy and Rosalie (Bessette) Langevin. He received his education in both Burlington and Connecticut.

He married the former Beverly Wright on October 25, 1969 in Woodford, VT. They recently celebrated 49 years of marriage.

Bob served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

In earlier years Bob worked as a roofing contractor and also did sheet metal work. He later worked security with both the Bennington Sheriffs Department and the Southwestern VT Medical Center.

Bob enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren

Survivors include his wife, Beverly W. Langevin of Pownal, VT. His step children children, Robert L. Bahan (Holly) of Shaftsbury, VT, Nan Peters (Larry) of Bennington, VT and Brent Gregory Bahan of Kansas City, Missouri. Six grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

At Robert's request there will be no calling hours or funeral services.

The burial will take place in the family lot at Park Lawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
