Renelle Muckle

Renelle D. Muckle, 73, a resident of Center Street in Bennington, VT died unexpectedly on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Bennington, VT December 11, 1949. She was the daughter of the late James Bartlett and Louise (McCorry) Bartlett. Renelle received her education in Bennington and was a graduate of Bennington High School. She married Gordon F. Muckle Jr. on May 20, 1967 at Sacred Heart Church in Bennington. Mr. Muckle died December 16, 2019. For many years Renelle had been employed at the Union Carbide/Eveready Battery Company in Bennington from which she retired. Renelle loved to shop. Her main interests were her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her dog Lucy Lou. Survivors include a daughter, Tammy-Jo Webb and her husband Mike of Bennington. A son, Travis Muckle and his wife Shelagh of Bennington. Seven grandchildren, Bradley, Brandon, Mike, Ivorie, Ian, Kelsey and Gordon. Six great-grandchildren, Karsen, Aryanna, Maleah, Bryer, Baine and Embree. Her sister, PJ Muckle (Michael) of Bennington. A brother, Timothy Bartlett of Bennington and several nieces, nephews and cousins. At Mrs. Muckle's request there will be no calling hours or funeral services. The family would like to receive relatives and friends at their home, 14 Center Street, in Bennington on Thursday December 29, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. If friends desire, contributions in memory of Renelle D.
