Priscilla E. Hall 87, a resident of Bennington, Vermont passed away peacefully following a brief and unexpected illness on August 22, 2023 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington. Born on February 9th, 1936 in Sunderland, Vermont. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Dorothy (Kesick) Ennis. Priscilla received her early education in Arlington, Vermont and attended Arlington Memorial High School. She later attended Southern Vermont College in Bennington and received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In earlier years, Priscilla was employed by Union Carbide, The Bennington Museum, and Liz Claiborne. Most recently she was the secretary and receptionist for the Council on Aging of Southwestern Vermont for six years Priscilla was a member of the Bennington VFW, Eagles, and American Legion Auxiliaries. As well as a board member of the Bennington Planning Commission and the Tutorial Center Inc. She was an avid reader, gardener, and painter. Survivors include her daughters; Nancy LaBombard (Steven), Kathleen Hall (Steven Smith), and Patricia Olsen. Her siblings; Lewis Ennis, Jeanette Cyphers, Anthony Ennis, and Donna Hewes. Her eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, as well as, many nieces and nephews. Priscilla is predeceased by her daughter Jennie Bishop. The father of her children; Texas Alexander Hall. A beloved partner and companion; Charlie Comstock. As well as her siblings; Edward Ennis, Anna Moss, Clifford Ennis, and Dorothy Guber. Calling Hours for Priscilla will be held from 10 am till 12 pm on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 at Mahar Funeral Home in Bennington. A graveside service for Priscilla will be held at 1 PM at the Ira Allen cemetery in Sunderland.
