Patricia Sprague, of Bennington, Vermont, at the age of 62, passed away Friday morning November 17th 2017 at home with her sister Mary, whom she resided, her health care provider Lori Mayer and Jerry Crandall and nephew Nicholas, were with her at the time of death.
Patti was born in Margrettville, N.Y. on September 25, 1955, daughter of the late Arthur l. Sprague & Pearl E. Murphy. She attended school in NY and Bennington, VT.
Patti was predeceased by her son Robbie Chapman. She is survived by her son Christopher Carpenter and his fiancé Amanda Francoeur, her beloved granddaughters Cora Carpenter and Kassidy Carpenter, whom were the joy of her life. She spent many times and memories with Cora Jean, her youngest granddaughter.
Patti Worked hard all of her life she worked in Industrial industry's. Patti was an outdoorsey kinda girl. She enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and swimming at the Woodford line swimming hole. She loved going fiddlehead collecting. She enjoyed cooking. She could cook anything and make it taste like a king's meal. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Patti's final resting place is with her son Robbie, whom I am sure was at the pearly gates to greet her along with her sister Dawn Jones, Arthur Sprague, Jr [brother], Jeremy P. Peterson, [nephew], Heather M. Jones Wilkenson [niece].
She is survived by Vicki Sprague & Dave Brady, Mary Sprague & Jerry Crandall, Luci & Mark Parizo , Sally & Alan Oumette, Kimberly Peterson & George Davis, Orville & Naomi Peterson. Nieces and nephews Herb Sprague, Michael Sprague, Zack Hoag, Josh Barber Nicholas Barber Logan Crandall, Cody Oumette, Skyler Pratt, Lacy & Garrett Peterson, Bain Peterson & Blake Hoag. Her many Friends were also considered her family. Her caregivers Lori Mayer & Nikki Clapper. Also, her special friend Kristy Barber.
Visiting hours are from 1pm-3pm on Saturday 11/25/2017 at E.P. Mahar & Son Funeral Home, with pot luck celebration of Patti's life at the Legion @3:30 til ?
A memorial service is being planned for the spring when she will join her son @ Park
Lawn Cemetery.
