Natalie Hope Rallis

May 30, 1936 — August 4, 2023

Natalie Hope Rallis ( Levin) went home to our Lord and Savior on August 4, 2023. Natalie was the sixth of seven children born to Lula Themelis ( Hughes) and Reuben Levin. Born May 30, 1936. Natalie graduated from the old Benn. High in 1954. Natalie married Charles ( Dick) Winegard in 1955. The couple had one daughter, Robin Hadel, who resides in Maryland. Although the couple later divorced, they remained the best of friends. In 1971, Natalie met Jimmy Rallis, the love of her life. They married in Singer Island, Florida, where they spent their winters. Natalie and Jimmy enjoyed spending a lot of time walking on the beach and entertaining friends. The summers were spent in Vermont, where together they ran The Four Chimneys and later Jimmy’s French Restaurant in Manchester. Natalie enjoyed spending time with her siblings and their families at Lake Shaftsbury. Picnics were big in the Levin family. Natalie’s forte was taking care of the elderly and sick. She was there for all her siblings. Natalie loved the Lord and was Methodist most of her life. Robin said her mom had a direct connection with the Lord. In later years, Natalie gravitated towards Catholicism and devoutly watched the Catholic channel. Natalie is survived by her daughter, Robin, and son-in-law, Marc Binkley; granddaughter, Sarah; 5 great-grands; her surrogate daughter, Dorothy Buxbaum; and many nieces and nephews. Natalie was predeceased by her granddaughter Katie Hadel; her husband, Jimmy Rallis; ex-husband, Dick Winegard; her parents and her six siblings, Priscilla Gray, Sonny Levin, Corrine Richard, Guy Levin, Bruce Levin, and Kiki Bushee. A service will be held on Monday, October 2nd at 11:00 at Park Lawn Cemetery. Reception to follow at Madison’s on Main St.
