NORTH BENNINGTON- Naomi Selena Martin, 42, a resident of Water street in North Bennington, Vermont. Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 22, 2022, following a lifelong battle with diabetes.

Born on March 10, 1980, in Bennington, Vermont. She was the daughter of Bonnie M. Hurley (Brookman) and Charles F. Martin. She received her early education at The Highland Hall School in Bennington, Vermont and was later home schooled.

Naomi enjoyed reading novels, gardening, word searches, music, watching classic movies, and spending time with her daughter Adrianna, family, and friends. She was an incredibly kind and caring person who had a giving nature and an infectious smile that would light up any room she entered. Naomi was a selfless, loving, and genuine person who only wanted everyone she cared about to be happy and healthy.

Naomi is survived by her mother Bonnie M. Hurley, and her father Charles F. Martin. Two Sisters; Morgan Martin and Katie Hurley. As well as three nieces Adelene, Madelyn, and Isabella Harrington. She was predeceased by her daughter Adrianna. Her stepfather Norman Hurley, Jr. Her Grandparents, David and Lucielle Brookman, as well as, Henry and Marion Frasier Martin. Naomi was also predeceased by an uncle Pat Martin, who Naomi enjoyed spending time with very much.

Naomi will be buried with her daughter Adrianna, in the Woodford Cemetery in Woodford, Vermont. The graveside committal services will be scheduled for a later date. If friends should desire, contributions in memory of Naomi may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, through the office of the Mahar Funeral Home, 628 Main Street, Bennington, Vermont 05201
