Mark Anthony Dillard, Jr., 35, a resident of Gage Street in Bennington, died on Monday, October 5, 2020 unexpectedly.

Mark was born in Pittsfield, MA on August 12, 1985, and was the son of Mark Dillard, Sr. and Sherri Daniels, who survive.

Mark enjoyed fishing, outdoors, music and was a free spirit. He was an avid NY Yankees and NY Giants fan. He loved his family and friends very much and would do anything for the ones he loved and cared for. He was also a big animal lover but most of all loved his 2 dogs Bleau and tank.

Besides his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Kyiah Dillard. Mark also has two brothers; Brian Dillard and Paul Kastner, Jr. Mark leaves his maternal grandfather, George Daniels, and paternal grandparents, Claire and Francis Dillard, His step mom Robin DeRosa and girlfriend Kayla Crandall, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mark is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Cathy St. John, who passed away in 2000.

Services will be held at a time to be announced, by the Mahar and Son Funeral Home in Bennington.
