Mackenzie Maya Hammond

December 31, 1969 — April 23, 2021

CAMBRIDGE, NY

Mackenzie Maya Hammond, infant daughter of Jeffrey and Brittany (Barnard) Hammond of Cambridge was stillborn on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington.

Though she never spent any time with us, she touched many of our lives.

The family would like to acknowledge the many kindness' of those who have reached out to them during this time of loss. A special thanks to the Woman's and Children's Department for their amazing kindness and compassion during our time there.

Survivors in addition to her parents include two sisters, Zoey and Mazey Hammond of Cambridge; her maternal grandmother, Kelly Hayes of Bennington; her paternal grandmother, Donna Hammond (Randy O'Dell) of Hoosick Falls, NY; her paternal grandfather, Paul Hammond (Jean) of Petersburgh, NY; her maternal great-grandmother, Beverly Sigsbury of Bennington; her two paternal great-grandfathers, Richard "Henry" Hammond of Petersburgh, NY and James E. Powers of Hoosick Falls and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private funeral services will be held at the conveniences of the family.
