Lori Jean Mayer

Lori Jean (Baker) Mayer, 56, a resident of Bennington, Vermont passed away peacefully on April 4, 2023 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington, Vermont. Born on December 1st, 1966, in Groton, Connecticut. She was the daughter of the late Reginald and Victoria (Chenaille) Baker. Lori was raised in Pownal, VT and attended Mount Anthony Union High School in Bennington, Vermont. In later years Lori worked as a housekeeper for Mt. Snow Ski Mountain and Resort. Survivors include her son Zachary Rose. As well as her 7 siblings; Marie Pudvar (Bill), Rick Baker (Lisa), Elaine (Charles) Capriola, Pat Crandall, Lynn Theirren, Louis (Missie) Baker, and, Pam Upright (Mark). She is predeceased by her husband Joseph Mayer and a brother James Baker. Services for Lori will be held on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023 at 11am.
