Lillian L. Sweet (Bartlett)

She was born in Buskirk, NY October 19, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Niles and Ida (Gilbar) Bartlett. Lillian received her education in Cambridge, NY, and was a graduate of Cambridge High School.
In earlier years Lillian was employed at Thomson Manufacturing and the BenMont Paper Company. She later worked as a nurse's aide at the Twin Maple Community Care Home.
She enjoyed crocheting, reading, embroidering, and crossword puzzles.
Survivors include a daughter, Denise Bourgeois (husband Michael) of Bennington. A son, Edward Sweet (wife Tina) of Bennington. Four grandchildren, Brad, Cassandra, Jeremy, and Dray. Several great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was pre-deceased by her sisters, Laura Bump, Bernice Bartlett Mason, and Ella Hewson.
Friends may call at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The burial will take place in the family lot at Island Hill Cemetery in Buskirk, NY.
