Laura "Putsin" Zipprich (Mendes) 50, died peacefully Tuesday August 29, 2017 in Albany, New York.

Laura was born Dec. 1, 1966, in Pawtucket, RI. She graduated from Tolman Senior High School in 1985 and joined the United States Air Force shortly after to serve her country.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Ruth Matteson and Lawrence Mendes, Sr., three sisters: Diana Mendes, Gail Lee, and Dawn Mendes; one brother: Lawrence Mendes, Jr. and her three children: Steven Wohlleber, Charles Zipprich and Brianna Zipprich of Bennington, VT. She had one grandson: Maxton Wohlleber of Bennington, VT.

Friends may call at the Mahar & Son Funeral Home, Bennington from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept 1. All are welcome to celebrate Laura's beautiful life.
