Kathleen Mary Vesper, 73, a resident of Beech Street, Bennington, died Monday, October 25, 2021 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center following a long illness.
Born in Orange, NJ on September 24, 1948, she was the daughter of the late James and Betty (Schwartzvalder) Dunn. She received her education in the Trumble, CT schools and an Associate's Degree from Southern Vermont College in Bennington.
Kathy married Brian Vesper at the Park McCullough House in North Bennington on July 9, 1984.
In earlier years Kathy was employed in the chiropractic office of Dr. Tim North in Bennington. She later worked at the Little Folks Nursery in Shaftsbury and at Price Chopper Market in Bennington.
Kathy was a member of the Second Congregational Church and volunteered on several of the church committees.

Survivors include her husband, Brian M. Vesper of Bennington; a daughter, Christa Rose Vesper of Bennington; four brothers, John, James, Richard and Robert Dunn and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private committal services will take place at the convenience of the family at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph, VT.
