Joyce C. Phelan (Campbell)

Joyce C. Phelan, 86, a resident of Dorset Hollow Road in Dorset, Vermont passed away peacefully on April 19th, 2022 surrounded by her family.
She was born in London, England on June 5th, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Horace A. and Katherine (Turner) Campbell. Joyce received her education in London.
She married John J. Phelan on April 4th, 1955. They enjoyed travelling extensively together. Mr. Phelan passed away on August 12, 2012.

Survivors include three sons, John J. Phelan and his wife Laurie of Brooklyn, NY, David Phelan and his wife Cynthia of Boston, MA and Peter Phelan and Sheilah of New York, NY. Six grandchildren; Grace and Campbell Phelan, David Phelan and his wife Annie, Katherine Peter and her husband James and Malcolm and Ian Phelan. Two great grandchildren, Cricket and Bridie Phelan. A sister, Janet Kettner and her husband Lawrence of New Jersey.

A memorial service will be planned to take place in New York City, at a future date.
