Bennington, Vermont- James E. Cuccuini, 50, of Frank Street, passed away on February 19th, 2024. James passed after a brave battle with cancer, and complications from sickness. James was surrounded by his loved ones at the time of his passing. Born on March 6th, 1973, in Burlington, NJ. To mother Jane Muir and late father John A. Cuccuini. James graduated George Washington High School in Philadelphia, PA in 1991. James married his wife, Kimberly Higgins on November 27th, 2003, at The Rod and Gun Club in Shaftsbury, VT. James was a retired construction laborer through several companies. James' hobbies included music, cooking, watching the Eagles play football, and spending time with his family and grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Higgins and their three children. Alex Higgins (D.j. Kane), Brianna Higgins (Owen Doucette), and James J Cuccuini, his grandchildren, Emmalynn Kane, Giannis Spangenberg, and Lochlen Doucette, his mother Jane Muir, and his siblings, John R Cuccuini (Pamela), Jodie Chaput (Don), Larry Miller, and Billy Miller, his nieces and nephews, Bailey Miller, John A Cuccuini, Joey Cuccuini, and Laina Miller. And countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. James was predeceased by both his maternal and parental grandparents, his dear cousin, Jai-Mae Muir, and countless friends who lost their lives too soon. James' Celebration of Life will be held on March 6th, 2024, His Birthday. It will be at The Moose Club on 916 Main Street, Bennington, VT. Between 5-9 PM. Family and Friends are encouraged to come and celebrate James' life!
