Ivan Ray Peelle

A beautiful soul left the planet on September 18th, 2023. Ivan Peelle was born in Walla Walla, Washington on April 9th, 1948. He completed his education in Washington and California. He married Tina McKenna on March 3, 1967, they had two children; they later separated. Ivan then married Toni O’Brien on June 16, 1990, at the Polish Hall in Hoosick Falls, NY. Ivan moved to Vermont in the early 70’s and worked at Napa Car Parts for several years. Ivan went on to work at Better TV to become a cable TV installer and worked his way up to become a Project Coordinator for what became Adelphia Cable. Ivan retired from Adelphia Cable as a Project Manager and retired several years ago. Ivan had so many hobbies; he could always be found taking pictures and developing many photos of his own, fishing at the many lakes in Southern Vermont, and gardening – growing something every year. Ivan was also a computer “guru”; he enjoyed computer programming and troubleshooting, helping many people with computer issues. Ivan loved spending time with family and friends – his easygoing, laidback personality was appreciated by many. Ivan will be missed by many. Ivan was predeceased by many family members from Washington State. He is survived by: his former wife, Tina McKenna, and their two children: son Aaron Peelle and his wife Karen, and daughter Lori Case and her partner Melissa. Ivan’s current wife, Toni Peelle; their daughter Sarah O’Brien, her fiancé Richard Morgan; daughter Kara Bryan, her husband Buddy; and several grandchildren – McKenna, Kristina and Kourtney Peelle, Emily Brady, Natalie Bryan, Abram O’Brien and great-grandson Patrick Collette, as well as several nieces, nephews, in-laws and close friends. A celebration of Life for Ivan will be held at a later date to be announced by the family.
