Henry E. Brown (Brown) Sr.

He was born in Argyle, New York November 8, 1949. He was the son of the late Henry J. and Marion H. (Fish) Brown. He received his education in New York.
In earlier years Henry was employed at Catamount Dyers and later at Johnson Controls both in Bennington.
Henry was a life member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Bennington. He enjoyed going to casinos, watching game shows, watching sports and spending time with his family. He loved his family very much.
Survivors include his children and their significant others, Ada Bushee and Edmond of Bennington, Carolyn "Sissy" Brown and William Shepard of Bennington, Chief Master Sargent, Henry "Willy" Brown, Jr. and Lori of Las Vegas, Marion Brown and Gregory Squires of Woodford, Brandie Brown and Brian Barcomb of Shaftsbury, Alisha Prouty and Tom of Shaftsbury and Michael Brown of Bennington; two step children, Robert "Bob" Baker and Beth and Annette Parker and Todd of Bennington along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A brother William "Boo Boo" Brown and his wife Diane of Bennington, three sisters, Stacia Coon and her husband Raymond and Dorothy "Dot' Smith and Margaret "Maggie" Trottier all of New York along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was pre-deceased by a sister Ada Reynolds, a brother Walter Brown and two brother in laws, Arthur Smith and Keith Trottier.
The funeral will be held from the Mahar and Son Funeral Home in Bennington on Wednesday April 5, at 11:00 a.m.
The burial will take place in the family lot at Maple Grove Cemetery in Hoosick Falls, NY.
Friends may call at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday April 4, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
