Elizabeth Davis, of Bennington and Yonkers, NY died September 30.
Liz was born in Hensonville, NY to the Rev. Merton and Mrs. Elizabeth Cady. She graduated from Windham-Ashland-Jewett High School and Green Mountain College.
She married the love of her life, Larry Davis, and together created a life of laughter, music and travel. They were members of Old First Church in Bennington and Hitchcock Presbyterian Church in Scarsdale NY and former members of North Yonkers Community Church in Hastings.
Larry was her primary caretaker during her battle with cancer, with great help from her brother-in-law Ted Davis and sisters Mary Cady Thickens and Ruth Anne Muller.
Liz is survived by daughter Kelly (Davis) Isenor, Kelly's husband Nathan, and their son Bennett, 7.
Funeral services will be Saturday October 9 at Old First Church, with interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.
The family welcomes tributes of flowers or donations to Calvary Hospital at Home.
