Donna A. Harrington (Laflamme)
April 4, 1947 — November 12, 2018
Born in Bennington on April 4, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Walter J. LaFlamme and the former Yvonne (Lalumiere) LaFlamme who survives. She received her education at Sacred Heart School and Bennington Catholic High School. In earlier years Donna worked at various mills in the Bennington area and later operated her own cleaning business. She later worked in the office of the Scot Mazda dealership until the time of her retirement.
Donna enjoyed quilting, crocheting and knitting. Her happiest times were those spent with her grandchildren.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy and Tony Kasulinous of Hoosick Falls, NY and Kathy and Bill Rosen Minneapolis, MN; her mother, Yvonne LaFlamme of Bennington; five grandchildren, Madelyn, Sydney, Ava, Owen and Laney ; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine Reeves of Minnesota and New Mexico and Claire and Terry Granger of Bennington; a brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Gerrie LaFlamme and a brother, Thomas LaFlamme, all of Bennington; a sister-in-law, a daughter-in-law Martha Harrington of North Bennington and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Donna was predeceased by a son, Paul Harrington and a brother, Ricky LaFlamme.
The funeral will be held from the Mahar & Son Funeral Home on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 12:00 noon.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
Burial will take place in the family lot in St. Johns Cemetery, North Bennington.
