Deborah E. Mears (Gall)

She was born in Bennington, VT December 19, 1957. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Helen (Fitzgerald) Gall. Deb received her education in Bennington and was a 1976 graduate of Mount Anthony Union High School.
She married James E. Mears August 28, 1977.
In earlier years Deb was employed at Jard in Bennington and for over 20 years had been employed at Tansitor from which she retired.
Her home and family were her main interest. She especially enjoyed family gatherings, music, the outdoors and swimming.
Survivors include her husband James E. Mears of Berlin, NY, three sons, James E. Mears Jr. and his wife Daisy of Bennington, Jeremy Mears and his wife Samantha of Bennington and Joshua Mears of Berlin, NY. Ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Her brothers and sisters, Herbert Gall of Edmond, Oklahoma John Gall of Clayton, NC, Linda Hurcomb of Middletown Springs, VT, Suzanne Galvagni of Saratoga, NY, Kathy Slechta of Springville, California and Penny DeVoe of Esperance, NY along with many nieces, nephews and cousins
Friends may call at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday January 2, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The funeral will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.
The burial will follow in the family lot at Hinsdillville Cemetery in North Bennington.
