Crystal Marie Miles

Crystal Marie Miles 41, a resident of Bennington, Vermont passed away unexpectedly at her home in Bennington, on May 2nd, 2024. Born on April 1st, 1983, in Bennington, Vermont. She was the daughter of John E Thompson Sr. and Annette Washington. Crystal was raised in Bennington, and attended Mount Anthony Union High School, graduating with the class of 2002. Crystal held many jobs including working for many of the local fast food restaurants, as well as offering respite care through the State of Vermont for many children and adults. On December 21st, 2019, she married Jeffrey Miles. To Jeffrey, Crystal was “ A gentle spirit what showed great emotion, and sparked that same emotion in others.” She was his “Bearded (Dragon) Lady” Crystal enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, especially the running, skiing, and basketball events. She also enjoyed riding her bike, working on vehicles, and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her husband; Jeffery Miles. Her Mother; Annette Stanley (Michael). Her sibilings; Savannah, Shawmichael, and Dakotah Stanley. As well as, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
