Cheryl Therese Capella Edwards, 52, a resident of Burgess Road in Bennington, VT died Tuesday December 26, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born in Bennington, VT March 29, 1965. She was the daughter of Donald and Anita (Jolly) Capella. Cheryl received her education in Bennington and was a 1983 graduate of Mount Anthony Union High School.

She married Alan "Jeff" Edwards on February 16, 1985 at Sacred Heart Church in Bennington.

Cheryl loved graphic design. She was self employed as a free lance graphic designer, Her business name was Improovu.com.

Her family was her main interest. She loved her dogs and cat.

Survivors include her husband, Alan "Jeff" Edwards of Bennington. A son, Austynn Edwards and his wife Kristin of Bennington, a daughter, Jhordyn Edwards and her boyfriend Chris Tommasino of Petersburgh, NY; Her parents, Donald and Anita Capella of Woodford, VT, a brother Karl Capella and his wife Meridy and their children Eva and Erich and a sister Laurie Capella of Winchester, N.H. Cheryl is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

At Cheryl's request services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
