Charles F. Proper (Proper)
February 9, 1953 — September 3, 2019
Charles leaves a daughter, Tina Proper Schilling (David) , a grandson, Ryan Schilling, and granddaughter, Jenna Schilling and a great granddaughter, Aviana Schilling. He is also survived by his siblings; Roth Proper Powers (Don) , Myron Proper, Jr, (Barbara), Christine Proper Brasie (John deceased) and WayneProper (Missy), and he leaves several nieces and nephews.
Charles was born and raised and attended local schools in Pittsfield, MA, until he and his wife moved to Vermont in 1984. He worked as an auto mechanic for many years until he was forced to retire because of health issues. Charles had served in the Marine Corps during the Viet Nam Era. HIs main interests was family and friends. He was once an avid hunter and fisherman.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019 from 12 until 4PM at the Senior Center, 119 School Street, Cheshire, Massachusetts.
