Brian David Marshall

Brian David Marshall, 63, a lifelong resident of Pownal, passed away peacefully on December 17th 2021 at his home following a long illness.

Born in North Adams, Massachusetts on April 25th, 1958; He was the son of Harold James and Norma Irene (Simon) Marshall. Brian received his early education in Pownal and Graduated from Mount Anthony Union High School. On November 19th, 1988, Brian Married the former Lori Hurley at their home in Pownal.

For many years, Brian was self employed as a Contractor. He spent his days working in and around homes and businesses in the Pownal and Bennington area. In more recent years, he also became a custodian for the Bennington Elks Lodge #567 where he was also a life member.

Brian enjoyed watching NASCAR races, Hunting, and keeping a close eye on his firewood supply. The most important things in his life were his children and grandchildren.

Brian is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Lori Marshall. His mother Norma Irene Marshall. Their two sons; Trevor, and Kyle (Elicia) Marshall. His four grandchildren; Brayden Rodgers, Adisyn, Tucker, and Maisyn. Brian is also survived by his sister Melissa Wicks.

He is predeceased by his father Harold James Marshall. As well as, his sisters Debbie and Kathleen Marshall, and Rosemarie Kelson.

At the request of the family, there will be no services at this time. A celebration of Brian's life will be held at a later date.
