Anthony R. Bennett

He was born in England September 28, 1958. He was the son of Albert Bennett and the late Sybil (Cowden) Bennett. He received his education in England and after moving to the United States Tony attended and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
He married the former Bonnie Harrington October 1, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Tony was employed by Superior Drywall and most recently had been employed at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY
He had a passion for sports, enjoyed going to games and also enjoyed the horses.
Survivors include his wife Bonnie Bennett of Hoosick Falls, NY; two sons Nick Bennett of Bennington and Kyle Bennett of Saratoga, NY; two step children, Jeffrey Mattson and his wife Amber of Glenville, NY and Leah Smith of Albany, NY; his father Albert Bennett and a sister Tracey Warner- Bennett both of Fort Wayne Indiana.
There will be no calling hours.
The funeral mass will be held from Sacred Heart Saint Francis de Sales Church in Bennington on Tuesday February 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
The burial will follow in the family lot at Park Lawn Cemetery.
