Alice L. Unavitch

November 1, 1918 — July 29, 2016

Alice L. Unavitch, 97, a resident of Rocky Lane, Bennington, died July 29, 2016 at Bennington Health and Rehabilitation following a long illness.

Born in Wallingford, VT on November 1, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Howes) Moxley. Alice received her education in North Bennington and was a graduate of North Bennington High School.

Alice married Frank Unavitch in Hoosick Falls, NY in 1942. Mr. Unavitch died in 1994.

A long- time resident of Hoosick Falls, Alice was a member of the Hoosick Falls Senior Citizens Club. She loved playing Bingo and attending local band concerts.

Survivors include two daughters, Maureen Burke of Nassau, NY and Mary Coulter of Bennington; four grandchildren, Rachel Keith, Timothy and Todd Coulter and Teegan (Coulter): Khoury and several great-grandchildren.

At Alice's request private services will take place at the convenience of the family.
